Data Deletion Guide
You may disconnect a store, close an individual account, or ask an authorized company administrator to request deletion of a company workspace and eligible associated data.
1. Submit your request
Use the registered account email or an authorized company administrator email and send the request to [email protected]. You may also call +86 186 0018 0486 for guidance, but the final scope must be confirmed in writing.
- Account email and company name;
- Request type: store disconnection, individual account closure, or company data deletion;
- Relevant store name, Seller ID, or marketplace;
- Any data you want to export before deletion;
- Information reasonably needed to verify authority.
2. Identity and authority verification
We verify that the requester controls the relevant account or is authorized to act for the company. We will not request your platform password or complete secret credentials.
3. Confirm the scope
Store disconnection revokes or removes the relevant connection. Individual closure affects the requester’s account subject to company records. Company deletion may cover members, stores, products, tasks, listing records, and eligible operational data controlled by that workspace.
4. Execute deletion
After verification and confirmation, eligible active-system records are deleted, anonymized, or disconnected according to the request. The normal target is within 30 days, unless the request is unusually complex or law requires a different period.
5. Limited retention exceptions
We may retain limited billing, security, dispute, legal, anti-abuse, or backup records where required. Backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and expire under the applicable backup lifecycle.
6. Completion notice
We send confirmation to the verified contact when the request is completed or explain any data that must remain and the reason for that retention.
