Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using JingPu AI. Creating an account, connecting a store, or continuing to use the service means that you accept these terms for yourself or the company you represent.
These terms are between the individual or organization using JingPu AI (“you” or “user”) and Tianjin Jingyue Chuhai Electronics Co., Ltd. (天津鲸跃出海电子有限公司) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms and manage its members and connected stores.
1. Service scope
JingPu provides software functions for product collection, content and image operations, pricing support, validation, team review, and authorized publishing. Features may vary by plan, marketplace, region, account status, or third-party availability.
2. Accounts and permissions
You must provide accurate account information, protect login and recovery methods, use individual accounts, and promptly remove access that is no longer needed. Company administrators are responsible for member roles and store assignments.
3. Third-party authorization
You may connect only stores and data that you are authorized to manage. Third-party platforms, including Amazon, are governed by their own terms and policies. You may revoke a connection through the platform or request assistance from us.
4. AI-assisted content and review
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing product facts, claims, translations, intellectual-property rights, category requirements, prices, and the final publishing action. JingPu does not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, traffic, or sales.
5. Fees and credits
Applicable software fees, AI usage credits, professional services, taxes, and payment terms are described in the selected plan or written quote. Product prices and marketplace charges are separate from JingPu service charges.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate law or platform rules; infringe rights; publish deceptive, unsafe, or prohibited products; access another organization’s data; interfere with security; reverse engineer protected components; or distribute malware or abusive traffic.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content and business data you lawfully provide and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the requested service. JingPu software, interface, code, documentation, and brand assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.
8. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, network failures, and third-party API changes may affect availability. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
9. Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect non-public information received through the service. Our handling of personal and service data is further described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Guide.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a specific commercial outcome. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably have been prevented, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or request account closure. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or third-party platform requirements. Applicable export, retention, and deletion procedures continue after termination.
