This policy explains how JingPu AI collects, uses, stores, protects, shares, and deletes information related to our website and software service.
JingPu AI is operated by Tianjin Jingyue Chuhai Electronics Co., Ltd. (天津鲸跃出海电子有限公司) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We apply data-minimization principles and process information needed to provide listing operations, collaboration, billing, security, and support.
1. Scope
This policy applies to whalerollout.com, the JingPu AI company workspace, related APIs, customer support, and third-party sales channels a user chooses to connect. Third-party platforms process data under their own policies and terms.
2. Information we collect
- Account and company details, including name, email, role, and workspace membership;
- Store connection identifiers and authorization information supplied through an approved platform flow;
- Product, variant, image, pricing, listing, task, review, and publishing records;
- Usage, billing, credit-consumption, security, error, and audit records;
- Support messages and information voluntarily provided by the user.
Do not send passwords, private keys, complete tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email.
3. How information is used
We use information to operate and improve requested service functions, authenticate accounts, maintain company boundaries, execute authorized tasks, prepare and validate listings, calculate usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support or legal requests.
4. Amazon information
Amazon-related information is processed to provide functions authorized by the relevant seller or company, such as listing preparation, validation, pricing support, submission, and operational status. JingPu does not request a Seller Central password.
Amazon information is not sold. We do not use one customer’s Amazon information to train a general-purpose model for unrelated customers. Access is limited to the service purpose and the authorization granted.
6. Storage and protection
We use organizational and technical measures appropriate to the service, including account controls, company-level boundaries, restricted operational access, protected transport, backups, monitoring, and revocation procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, maintain security and accounting records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Eligible deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after identity and authority are verified. Limited backup or legally required records may remain for an additional controlled period.
8. International processing
Cross-border commerce and the service providers selected by a customer may involve processing in more than one jurisdiction. We apply the service boundary and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the processing.
9. Children
JingPu is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children for account creation.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your role in a company workspace, you may request access, correction, export, disconnection, account closure, or deletion. Company-controlled information may require approval from an authorized administrator.
